Vacation Rental Description

Just a short walk to the white sandy beaches of Madeira Beach and 
minutes from St. Petes Beach.  This completely furnished one bedroom, 
one bath has been newly remodeled with new counter tops, sinks, vanity 
bases, tiled floors, new lighting and appliances.  The unit is larger 
than most efficiency and motel units in the area and also has a full 
kitchen, eating area and separate living room. 
   The unit comes with a carport for parking and a lovely private rear 
patio surrounded by cacti and tropical palms.  The building only has 
two units to ensure a tranquil and relaxing vacation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning/Heat, Ceiling fans, Pull out sleeper sofa, Chairs, 
TV, VCR, Board games, Bath towels and linens, Tub/Shower combo, 
Oven/stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Cookware and Utensils, Patio 
furniture and Outdoor grill.

Activities and Attractions

Just steps to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a 
short walk to John's Pass, famous for it's abundance of restaurants, 
bars and lounges and shopping.  If you prefer you can also rent jet 
skis, boats, fishing trips, sight seeing excursions (such as dolphin 
watching) or enjoy golf, parasailing and casino boat gambling. 
   Tampa Bay and Saint Petersburg international airports are 
approximately 30 min. from Madeira Beach.  Disney World, Sea World & 
Universal Studios are approximately 90 min. While Orlando's Bush 
Gardens is a mere 30 min.  There is also a trolley that runs up and 
down the gulf every fifteen minutes to easily take you to all or some 
of the attractions that keep people coming back to the Madeira Beach area.

January to April 30th.................$650.00 weekly     $1550.00 monthly 
May to December 31st..................$500.00 weekly     $1200.00 monthly 
 
 
Deposit for reservations are $200.00 non refundable and rental to be 
paid in full prior to arrival. 
Add Florida State Resort tax currently 11%
