bath, and a sky-lighted loft on the top floor; a chef's kitchen, spacious
dining and living rooms, a half bath, a large screen porch and even
larger sun deck on the main floor; and 2 double-twin bedrooms, a
double-vanity full bath and laundry room on the lower level. Spring,
summer and fall, this inviting seaside home is a good-for-your-soul
retreat.

Vacation Rental Amenities

High-speed WiFi internet, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD/Stereo System, All
Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Gas BBQ Grill, Chef's Kitchen 
stocked with every cooking convenience, Dining Room can seat 12-14 guests,
Sub-Zero frig, European freezer, Dishwasher, Gas Stove & Oven, A/C
window units and fans, weekly rubbish removal on Mondays, private
beach access to Philbin and Lobsterville beaches, beach chairs &

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Weekly Rates - Saturday to Saturday rental
 
January - May $2500 per week
June $3000 per week
July $3300 per week
August $3800 per week
September $3000 per week
October - December $2500 per week

Security Deposit is 20% of total rental

An additional $150 Check-Out Cleaning Fee will taken out of each
rental's security deposit at termination of the lease.
