room, where you can relax on soft leather furniture and listen to the  
stero,and open that 12ft sliding pocketed door, that leads you to a  
38x19 ft heated pool.All rooms lead via poketed tinted glass sliders  
to a  
lanai that is 63 feet long with that enclosed pol bringing the out  
side literally indoors.Beautiful formal dining room with plenty of  
china,Large full kitchen ceramic floor plenty of cabinets,and a  
mermaid waterfall,room size is12x16.Master suite is15x17 with a king  
size bed custom linens,Italian furniture with marble tops,two  
burgandy velvet highback chairs trimed in white and gold for relaxing  
before bed or after a evening swim open the sliders and step out to  
that pool,large walk in closets with mirror doors,Master bath is  
17x13 has a shower for two,seperate tub, double sink and vanity and  
cabinets large mirror with lighting, tile floor,seperate private  
toilet area within this room.The guest room is seculed from the  
master suite for your privacy with a queen size bed, in it is a  
bistro table and chairs for enjoying the view with either cocktails  
or morning coffee.This room is furnished with sea foam green ratton  
furniture, also large walk in closet,also has its own bath room with  
a black marble shower, sink vanitey ,and lighted mirror,also services  
the pool area. bedroom size is13x15. living room is 13x27. dining  
room is12x12.washer&dryer room is 8x6.Our house is fully remolded all  
new rugs sand color, all furniture is one year old , with custom  
window treatments.I am sure you will love our home it is really  
beautiful.
