Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee
maker, refrigerator, electric range. Other appliances include
clothes washer/dryer combo, cable TV, DVD/MP3 player, DSL internet (not wireless),am/fm stereo with CD-player, vacuum cleaner, ironing board w/ iron, and, of course, central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Rental fee covers the association's registration fee and all
utilities expenses.
Our screened lanai overlooks a private lake that meanders
thoughout the Heron Pointe complex where you can enjoy the
morning sunshine, watch the turtles and fish, and even get an
occassional glimpse of our alligator. Desirable 2nd floor, end unit.
Plenty of linens and towels provided. Very clean and inviting.
Non-smokers only please. Pets are not permitted.

Just a mile from Exit 170 off I-75, Kings Highway, our condo is
adjascent to the Kingsway Golf Course at Lake Suzy. Lake Suzy borders
the Deep Creek area of Port Charlotte. You'll be minutes from plenty
of great shopping and dining and only a short drive to a wide variety
of Gulf beaches.

Heron Pointe has a heated community swimming pool, bocce courts
and shuffleboard on-site. It is a beautiful area for walking or
bike-riding.

Seasonal rate is $2100.00 USD per month. Book the entire 3-month seasonal
period January-March for extra savings.
Off-season rental periods are available; please refer to calender.
The off-season rate is only $1175 per month; a 1-month minimum stay is
required by our Association.
