Located on the Kohala Coast, Puako neighborhood is an enchanting
tropical paradise, with a blend of old Hawaiian charm and quietude.
This section of the Kohala Coast has 160 homes, 9 beach accesses, 2
churches and 1 general store. Puako is the sunniest spot on the Big
Island with 8 - 10 inches of rainfall per year!

Enjoy morning walks to the Mauna Lani, Orchid Hotel and historic
Petroglyph park along oceans trails of black lava and white corral. Or
take the home's beach cruiser bikes for a ride to explore the many
beaches along Puako. Spend your day relaxing on the shady lanai
enjoying the trade winds.
The white sandy beaches and clear deep blue water are home to hundreds
of sea turtles and tropical sea life. Puako has some of the best
snorkeling and diving on the Big Island and is a wonderful spot to
explore marine life for either a novice snorkler or an advanced SCUBA
diver. In winter months, you can watch mother whales training their
calves; a truly miraculous sight!
Golf is available at many wonderful courses through the island (the
closest courses is less than a 5 min drive from Puako.)
The home is also a 5 minute drive to wonderful spas, shopping and
dining. This vacation spot has something for everyone.

The newly remodeled 2,000 square foot Hawaiian style home is a great
spot for families and friends. It's spacious with a tropical entrance,
hardwood floors, a large dining table, modern kitchen, and open
showers with tile and glass blocks. The back yard lanai is equipped
with ceiling fans; perfect for lounging, listening to the sound of the
local birds and eating bananas off the garden trees. The yard is a
wonderful place for children to play on the large lawn or play on the
Foosball table. There is also a private bamboo outdoor shower with
changing room and storage for beach gear.

The four bedroom house has a king bed, 2 queen beds, and set of twin beds.
