in a great location and offer the best rates in Gaslamp!!! Our low Rates 
are subject to availability, season, holidays & special events. $300  
deposit & rent is due to hold unit at reservation.  
Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Full refund (less $50 cancellation service  
fee)if cancellation is made greater than 40 days prior to arrival.Any  
cancellation received within 40 days of arrival will result in the loss of 
the entire rental fee, unless re-rented, less a $200 service charge. 
$300 deposit,less $100 cleaning fee will be refunded when unit returned undamaged. 
VISA, MC, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED.
