Disney Sanctuary Villa is a luxury 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom villa on
an oversized corner plot with own heatable screened pool. Located on
the beautiful peaceful gated Sanctuary community yet only 10 minutes
to Disney and the other Orlando attractions and next to the
exclusive Champions Gate golf resort. We are also just 2 miles from
the Posner Park development which includes JC Penney,
Target, BAM, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy and many more.

Disney Sanctuary Villa is fully furnished to a high standard
throughout with many upgrades and luxurious touches.

The great room has a spacious living area which was recently remodelled and now features a large sumptuous sectional with chaise, 42" flat screen tv, HD cable DVR and complementary tables. There is also a full dining table for formal dining.

The luxurious kitchen has a breakfast nook
overlooking the pool and includes oversized fridge / freezer,
dishwasher, large cooker and microwave . There is a seperate utility
area with the washer & dryer.

The master suite has a king sized bed with two walk in wardrobes and
a stunning bathroom with seperate shower, garden tub & his & her
wash basins. This suite also benefits from patio doors which lead to
the pool area if you fancy a swim or you can relax and watch your
32" flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with lockable access to the second
bathroom so a second suite can easily be created. Bedroom 3 has twin
beds and access to the bathroom. Bedroom 4 also has twin beds and
neighbours the 3rd full bathroom. All bedrooms are elegantly
furnished with tasteful additions and each bedroom has its own cable
television (with DVD in bedroom 2) and clock radio.

The pool is set on an extended pool deck with a large covered lanai
and luxury pool furniture. The area is fully screened and a pool
guard is provided. There is also the advantage of an outside shower
and washroom to save wet bodies having to go into the villa. The
pool deck also benefits from all day sun whilst the covered lanai
provides full shade so everyone is catered for.

The Sanctuary community is fully completed so you can be sure of
a peaceful and relaxing location to unwind and enjoy all that
Florida has to offer.
