Decorated with small touches that mean a lot, we have always treated all our spaces as if they were our own and you will feel that and appreciate how that sets us apart from the generic of many typical rentals.

We are 5 minutes from the hussle and bussle of the city but in our neighborhood you can find peace and quiet and we normally have nice robust breezes and revitalizing clean fresh air.

We are at the perfect elevation at approximately 850 feet! Lower and you get all the heat and humidity, higher and you get very cold at night and mildew.

We are just 10 minutes from Kona International Airport. About 5 minutes from Costco -- and they have the cheapest gas!

About 10 minutes from the beaches -- they are nice to visit but you will enjoy coming back home to tranquility and comfort at Kona Comfort!

Right in the center of access to major roadway arteries, and very close to shopping whether it be clothing or electronics. A quick jaunt and you are at the beach.

We are perfectly located so you can take day trips to all parts of the Island. Enjoy everything the Big Island has to offer, but come back home to a truely welcome relaxing place where you can get good rest, recharge up, and go out for another adventure the next day!

Walk right outside to the yard, and access to upper side and back yards (a full one acre). A picnic table and barbecue are on the main yards.

Beaches, fishing, swimming, shopping, running, exercise at the gym. Or stay near the house and enjoy a nice snooze, meditate, read a book, watch a movie on tv!

$65/night (based on 2 people), $20 for a 3rd person (3 person maximum).

5% discount at 7 days, 10% discount at 14 days, 15% discount at 21 days or more!

Hawaii Taxes (13.42%) must be added to totals.

We can process your request fast and after your rental is paid for send you codes to access your rental -- no need to wait for a caretaker to arrive with a key!

If your total amount is less than $500 or you will be arriving in less than 60 days, then the whole amount will be payable.

If you are arriving further out than 60 days and your booking costs over $500, you would need to put down a minimum of $500 to hold your booking with the balance due 60 days before arrival.

We will refund all but $50 if you give written notice to us at least 60 days before your booking starts, otherwise we refund only for what we can re-market and for the portion we collect to offset what you had reserved.

We prefer checks if they can be received here and deposited 35 days before arrival. If you want to use a debit or credit card we will surcharge 5% which is our cost to run them.
