exquisite wines and the best beef in the world. 
 
'Villa Amalfi' is an architect-designed, Mediterranean-style house located in the pine forests of the 
exclusive and safe San Rafael neighborhood, a 5-min. drive from downtown Punta del Este and within  
walking distance of gorgeous 'La Brava' beaches.

Reception: living room with log-burning fireplace, circular dining-room, wet bar, views of lovely  
interior rose garden and front terrace.  Ceramic tile flooring throughout and wood ceilings with  
heavy log beams and arches. Equipped with an electronic wall safe, alarm systems throughout, and 24/7  
mobile security services. 
 
The house sleeps 8 persons: 2 queen beds, 4 singles.  
Accommodations: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 suite+walk-in closet, 2 bedrooms+bath, 1 maid's room+bath. 
  
In the privacy of the back garden: swimming pool surrounded by wood sundeck, large poolside loggia  
(known locally as a quincho or parrillero) with covered brick barbecue, living-dining area, storage  
and full bathroom, ceramic tile throughout.  
A second large outdoor brick barbecue and mud oven is located close to the house. 
 
Walk to groceries, laundry, pharmacies, tennis courts, bike rentals, taxi-stand, San Rafael casino. 
A short drive to walk-in clinics, golf courses, restaurants, casinos, and Punta Shopping Mall,  
offering well-stocked supermarket, exclusive boutiques, fast-food eateries, movie theaters and games  
arcades. Enjoy great shopping and dining in the town of Maldonado, a 10-min. drive away.

January: 2,500 - minimum rental period: 2 weeks 
February: 2,000  
Dec & Mar: 1,500  
Apr thru Nov: 1,000 -- enquire about special discounts for longer periods.

U$S 450; less than one month before rental date, we will refund U$S 400.
