with hangers and extra linens. The second bedroom has a Queen size
bed and private bathroom. The den also has a sofa bed for
additional guests.

This property has two patios. The garden patio is a relaxing spot
as you enter your private gated residence, perfect for outdoor
dining. The second patio is my favorite spot for relaxing at the
end of the day watching the golfers on the course pass by. Both the
living room and master bedroom sliding doors open to the golf course
patio view.

On those warm days and evenings you are conveniently located near
the lap pool and large jacuzzi. The PGA West grounds are pristine
with fresh flowers and citrus trees making those morning and evening
walks peaceful.
