This beautiful home has three bedrooms (including Master Suite) three 
baths and two screen porches. 

The gourmet cook will love this kitchen! It has Corian counters, all 
new stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with new pots

gas fireplace, high speed internet connection, and cable TY.  This 
house is very clean and in excellent condition!


The Bay and a small sandy beach are literally at the end of the 
property. You can launch a kayak (two provided from November 1st thru 
April 30th) swim, or just watch 
sailboats and freighters go up and down the Bay from the back yard. 
Level yard and swim area in front of the house are perfect for 
kids.  There is a large community playground a short distance up the 
street.

The house is 10 minutes from downtown Annapolis and the Naval 
Academy and 40 minutes from Washington DC and Baltimore.
