Built in the early 1990's on Bamboo Ridge, Englishman's Bay, Parrot
Estate Villa offers unspoilt views down to the sea and surrounding
rugged beauty. Providing tranquillity through seclusion and
accessibility to a number of attractions and activities through an
exclusive setting, guests can explore the Island or simply relax in
the confines of the spacious accommodation.

included in the kitchen and lounge. American style amenities and an
extensive collection of DVD's with family favourites are all provided
to create an air of luxury during your stay in the Caribbean.

Surrounded by fresh fruit trees with limes mangos and bananas in the
garden, why not make yourself a rum cocktail and take in the
magnificent views from the garden's well maintained features? Based
next to a protected rainforest with walking trails for keen trekkers,
don't be surprised to find local wildlife and tropical birds
searching for food in the garden.

In between Castara and Parlatuvier-each with their own idyllic beach-
a selection of restaurants, bars and provision stores can be found in

Two bedrooms, two double, one with a mahogany post bed and one with 2
queens to join or separate. A new baby cot is also available 2
bathrooms ensuite, two additional folding beds.

dryer in each of the bathroom.
Beach towels and new beach mat are at the ready by the entrance.
A 24 x 24ft living room with open kitchenette and bar with sea
view.The kitchenette; Hob - oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee
maker, juicer - mixer. Iron and board.
A gas barbecue is set on its own stone pad, close to the gazebo. There
is nothing like cooking, frying outdoor, when its rains, without
getting wet.

A very comfortable rattan sofa, side glass tables and chesterfield
sits 6 persons. The bar has matching rattan cushioned revolving high
stools.
In the living room,there is also a teak table and chairs.

be a little temperamental, we have for comfort a 10 KW Generator with

Terrace: A vast terra cotta terrace under roofs all around the house
and to the gazebo,partly in the sun. The terrace and gazebo have 12

The terrace and gazebo has in total 6 cushioned (covered) chairs and
two benches, 3 oversized Hateras hammocks and loungers, also with
cushioned (covered). A swing in the shade and in view, close to the
gazebo.

Swimming, scuba diving,snorkeling and trekking possibilities is very
much enjoyed.
There is a pair of snorkling palms size 7 / 38, 11 / 43, googles and
tubes for you to use(instead of taking them with you). Snorkeling and

Rental rates:
The weekly rate is US$1750

Rates are based for the property, 2 bedroom occupancy,4 persons.

To book, a 20% deposit is requested. The balance payable 1 month prior
to your departure to Tobago.

A welcome DVD and photo direction pack will be sent to you.

On arrival you will find in the refrigerator, wine, mineral
water, soft drinks, snacks, Carib beer, toast bread and basic food
for your first breakfast. On the bar counter, fresh fruit.

A complete Hotel service, before your arrival, by the end of each week
and on your departure day. Extra linen, towels in the bathroom
cupboard.
During your stay, complimentary fresh fruits from our garden. Bananas,
