Decorated with small touches that mean a lot, we have always treated all our spaces as if 
they were our own and you will feel that and appreciate how that sets us apart from the 
generic and dull feeling of most condos and typical rentals. We are 5 minutes from the 
hussle and bussle of the city but in our neighborhood you can find peace and quiet and we 
normally have nice robust breezes and revitalizing clean fresh air. We are just 10 minutes 
from Kona International Airport. About 5 minutes from Costco -- and they have the 
cheapest gas! 
About 10 minutes from the beaches -- they are nice to visit but stay near not really -- the 
humidity, heat and crowds are best left for beach time and you come home to tranquility 
and comfort -- Kona Comfort!

Other units are available that can be booked if you need more bedrooms or space!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Right in the center of access to major roadway arteries, and very close to shopping 
whether it be clothing or electronics. A quick jaunt and you are at the beach. Being on the 
beach is not what it is cut out to be, better to visit and return home
to a nice place not just a beach dwelling with its associated moisture, noise, crowds and 
bugs!

Vacation Rental Rates

$155/night (6 people), $15 each additional person (8 person maximum).

5% discount at 7 days, 10% discount at 14 days, 20% discount at 21 days, 25% discount at 
4 weeks, 35% discount for a month!

Hawaii Taxes must be added to totals.

One queen bed with pillow top in master bedroom, two queen beds in 2nd-3rd bedroom 
suite; one futon sofa on lanai converts to bed, extra roll away can be requested.

Minimum 2 nights.

We can process your request for booking our vacation rental with two payments  if you 
qualify as follows:
a)	When your arrival time is more than 30 days ahead; 
	-and-
b)	The total amount is over $500.
Another way to say this is that "If you are arriving in 30 days or less and/or if the total 
amount is $500 or less, the whole amount will be due in one payment."
 
If your total amount is over $500 and you will be arriving in over 30 days, then you do 
qualify to pay for your vacation rental in two payments and this is how that works:
(1) The first payment (also called the Initial or Hold or Booking Deposit)  is at least $500 
(you can pay more if you prefer) and it is due As Soon As Possible to secure your space 
and the dates you want to stay;
(2) The second payment is the balance and that payment is due before 30 days of your 
arrival date. 

We will refund all but $50 if you give written notice 14 days before your booking starts, 
otherwise before 3 days before your booking 50%, and after that no refund of your 
deposit.

There is a Damage Deposit of $155 that is refunded if there is a cancellation.
