Convenient by car to Route 35, Garden State Parkway and Asbury/Neptune/Ocean shopping areas. 

Activities and Attractions

Asbury Park is under going a vast beach-front redevelopment. There is nice, clean wide beaches and a 
ocean front beach club are planned for this summer. Parking is a breeze and free in the entire city. 
Asbury is home to some of the best restaurants and nightlife at the Jersey Shore, all less than a 5 
minute  drive. The Paramount Theater and Convention Center in a cultural beacon in this part of New 
Jersey.

$3,500 per month
