Vacation Rental Description

You'll enjoy a spectacular sunrise view from our private  
balcony, which includes 2 cushioned lounge chairs, a table and 4  
comfortable chairs, which will allow for nice evening meals or  
enjoying your morning coffee while overlooking the beautiful  
Atlantic ocean. This privately-owned condo is in a section of Myrtle  
Beach that is more relaxed, less crowded, and more family-oriented  
than other sections of the beach.  
 
This bright and cheery condo includes a modern kitchen, a living  
room, a large attractive bedroom that is totally private and  
separate, with an attached dressing area that includes another sink  
and mirror, and a full bath. The unit sleeps four, with a king size  
bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Other amenities include central  
heat and air-conditioning, DVD player, two cable TVs, hair dryer,  
iron and ironing board, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster  
oven, and all kitchen utensils, including pots and pans.  Laundry  
room on premises. 
 
This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed please. 
No motorcycles allowed on premises per building association policy.

Vacation Rental Amenities

You'll enjoy all resort amenities, including an outdoor pool (heated  
from mid-March to October), heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna,  
steam room, an on-site restaurant (the Ocean Forest cafe with a  
great view of the ocean), the Bleachers Sports Bar (located on the  
seventh floor), an oceanfront walking trail, a playground/park (a  
short walk away), and a poolside bar and grill (seasonal). This  
luxurious resort is a 23-story, concrete and steel building that's  
been newly remodeled.

Activities and Attractions

Myrtle Beach fosters a kid-friendly atmosphere, and many of the  
area's activities can be enjoyed by the entire family. A day around  
Myrtle can include golfing, fishing, swimming, parasailing, wind  
surfing, shopping, or just lying about on one of the continuous  
string of beaches that surround the area.  
 
There is outlet shopping, fine dining, live entertainment theaters,  
water parks, amusement parks, and an exciting and diverse nightlife.  
Myrtle Beach Factory Stores, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot  
Country, Ripley's Aquarium, The Palace Theater, Myrtle Beach State  
Park, Myrtle Beach Pavilion and much more are all within minutes. 
 
There are over 110 golf courses in the area around the Grand Strand  
alone. Course designers in the area read like a who's who in golf  
club architecture. Famous designers like Jack Nicklaus, Pete Dye,  
Don Ross, Tom Jackson, Rees Jones, Arnold Palmer, John Daley, and  
Tom Fazio all have their stamp on courses in the area.  
 
The warm Gulf Stream waters make Myrtle Beach a great fishing area  
from April through Christmas. There are countless marinas in the  
region that will take you on half-day or full-day charters aimed at  
catching king mackerel, spade fish, amberjack, sea bass, barracuda,  
and even shark. Night time cruises are another popular way to enjoy  
the coastline.
