vacation rental description
This beautiful waterfront home sits on a quite canal on the Gulf of
Mexico. It’s fully furnished and has everything you need for a long
vacation away from home. Just bring your clothes and personal items
and we’ll provide the rest. It’s on a quite street about 10 houses
from the end of a cul-de-sac in Gulf Harbors, a residential community
of boating enthusiasts.
The view out the back of the house is gorgeous. The canal is very
wide and is frequented by a variety of fish. Sit on your own private
dock and watch the porpoises round up schools of fish for a feast.
There is space on the dock to tie up a 36 foot boat. Bring your own
boat or rent from one of the many boat rental companies near by.
The fireplace in the Florida room is a great place to warm your toes
on a cool winter night. The kitchen has everything you need to
prepare and serve meals. Linens, towels and blankets are all
provided. A cable modem is available for those of you who travel
with your laptops and like to have an Internet
connection. Satellite TV is also included as well. There are 2
full bathrooms and a 2-car garage. Of the three bedrooms, the master
and another have queen size beds while the third is designed for kids
and has 2 single beds.
During your stay, you will have access to the community’s private
beach, which is a 15-minute walk. It’s a great place to watch the
sunset while enjoying a cocktail and a cookout. There are bathroom
facilities, outdoor grills and shelters to enhance your comfort. The
beach and its facilities are always well kept. From the beach you can
see an island about 3 miles out in the Gulf named Anclote Key. It is
accessible by boat only. If you are feeling adventurous, you can
cruise out and spend the night under the stars and explore an old
lighthouse.
