and slate flooring, a full kitchen with Wolf stove, complete 
entertainment system, and sleeping quarters for six.  This home is 
located in one of the nicest areas of Mission Beach and is close to 
resturants and shops.  The upstairs deck offers a beautiful view of 
Mission Bay and a great location to watch the Sea World nightly 
fireworks. 

The two-story house has two bedrooms (with queen beds) and two baths 
(both slate with dual shower heads), a family room with sleeper 
sofa, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, second story 
deck with bay view and wet bar, and attached garage. The rental 
comes with two parking spaces (garage plus one outside space). The 
complete entertainment system includes television, VCR, DVD, and CD 
Stereo. Close to all San Diego attractions. This rental is just 
steps from the beach & bay

stay and enjoy the many activities San Diego offers.  The home is 
within walking distance of many resturants, shops and the Mission 
Beach Aquatic Center.  Mission Beach is minutes from downtown San 
Diego, Sea World, the world famous San Diego Zoo and historic Old 
Town.

Vacation Rental Rates

This house is available for rent year round. It rents weekly in the 
months of June, July and August and with a three night minimum the 
rest of the year. Rents are: $1,700 per week in June; $2,150 per 
week in July and August; and $250 per night (with a 3 night minimum) 
or $1,500 for the week in the offseason (September through May).
