jet skiing etc.  Watch the Cardinals and 
Marlins spring training, or the minor teams Cardinals and 
Hammerheads,  join the health and 
fitness center or just relax at a local eatery.  Enjoy weekly summer 
concerts, car shows, or fine art galleries.  Walk to many local 
restaurants.  Get your nails done or a massage at the spa.  You can 
spend all day here and never leave!  There is so much 
to do at Abacoa.  Just 5 mins away is the famous downtown at the 
Gardens with over 220 stores for your shopping pleasure including 
Whole Foods, Macy's, Saks etc.  So many restaurants to choose from:  
PFChanges, Cheesecake Factory, Sushi Bars and much much more.  Enjoy

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates include tax.  The only additional fee 
is a $1000 refundable security deposit and reasonable exit cleaning fee!
Sept. through Dec. Weekly Rentals Offered at Special Discounts.  
This unit comes fully furnished with an amply stocked 
kitchen with service for 12, 2 tvs, VCR/DVD, washer/dryer. 

Rates Begin at $695 per week in the off season .

For a long term rental of 4 months + (off season) the tenant will 
pay their own utilities.  Please inquire for blended rate. 

Rates are as follows including utilities and 10.5% state tax:

Rentals 3 months and under include all utilities.
