This newly updated 2000 square foot intercostal waterfront home is
located on the semi-private island of Pasanda Isles, within 1 mile
to the beach. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has
top of the line memory foam mattresses. The openness of the
entertaining area over looks the pool area and the 50 ft dock, that
is able to accommodate up to a 45” boat. Enjoy watching the boats,
dolphins, manatees, and the sunsets from your own living room, pool
area, dock, or back yard. The fishing is excellent off the 50’dock.
This island paradise offers safety and the peace and quiet that most
families desire for their vacations or romantic getaways. The home
is fully furnished and has cable TV, wireless Internet, 50" big
screen TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound with out door speakers at the
pool. There are ceiling fans in each room. All linens are provided
and we have a laundry room with a large front loading state of the
art washer and dryer. The newly remolded Granite kitchen is fully
equipped with everything you would ever need. There is a 6’ gas
grill for all your entertaining needs at the Pool. The circular
drive provides ample parking for multiple vehicles.Bring your own
boat and tie up to the dock. You are less than 3 miles to the Gulf
of Mexico. There is a launch ramp for your boat less than a mile
away on the intercostal.
If you can not bring your own boat you can catch the water shuttles
to Shell Island and Egmont Key less than 5 miles from the home,
There is also deep sea fishing, dolphin and sunset crusies, jet ski
rentals all located with in 1 to 5 miles. The historic Don CeSar
Hotel is just minutes away.

Located less than 15 minutes from the famous Ft. Desoto Park, home
of Florida’s #1 rated beach. Fort Desoto Park has a historic fort,
fishing piers, picnic grounds, exclusive dog park with beach, and

Gardens 40 minutes, Disney is 90 minutes, There are Great
restaurants just minutes from this home.

Raymond James football Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers, Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and
The Ice Palace, home of the Tampa Bay Lighting are all easily access
able with in 10-40 minutes.
