Myrtle Cottage in Shuswap Lake

Myrtle Cottage is located on the sunny North Shuswap just 2 km past the community of Celista. This 
8 year old cottage is across the road and just a few short steps away from a private beach on the
shores of the beautiful Shuswap Lake. The 100 foot private waterfront location includes access to a
wharf, bouy, peddle boat and fire pit. Enjoy a morning coffee and beautiful view of the lake from
the deck which extends across the front of the cottage. The cottage has a full kitchen, 3 piece
bathroom, main floor bedroom and loft. Perfect for a family of up to 6 people.

Fully supplied kitchen which includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
Outdoor propane BBQ.
Three piece bathroom with bath linens. (Bring your own beach towels)
Main level bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Loft has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bed linens are
supplied.
27"TV with Starchoice Satellite, VCR and DVD players.
Outdoor sitting area with patio table, umbrella and chairs.
Wood supply for beach fire pit.

Enjoy beach activites which could include swimming, snorkling, boating or just relaxing. In Celista
which is a short 2 km drive away there is the Sunnyside Supermarket with liquor outlet, bakery and
movie rentals. Also, available in Celista are canoe, kayak and wakeboard rentals. A few kilometers
down the road toward Scotch Creek is the Wildman Rentals where motor boats or seadoos can be
rented. Boats can be launched from Celista or Scotch Creek. Scotch Creek which is an 8 kilometer
drive is a community with full amenities. There is the Super Value Grocery Store with a full supply
of groceries, liquor outlet and post office. Across the road from the Super Value is the People's
Drugmart with a full time pharmacist on duty. The medical center is also located in this complex.
Scotch Creek has restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The Fun Center has bowling, mini golf and
bumper boats. Enjoy walking. roller blading or biking through the beautiful Scotch Creek Provincial
Park. Across the road is the Park Store with laundry facilites. There are 2 playgrounds for young
children and an outdoor basketball court for older kids.

This rental is offered as a weekly Saturday to Saturday rental.

High Season: $1000.00 (June 25 - September 1)
Low Season: $900.00 (May, June, September, October)
