Vacation Rental Description

Our three bedroomed Florida villa is situated in a residential area  
on the West (Gulf Coast) of Florida. The recently completed Sun  
Coast Parkway makes it a very gentle 35 minute drive from Tampa  
airport. The renowned beaches of the Gulf Coast are within easy  
reach as are the cities of Tampa, Clearwater and Sarasota. The villa  
is ideally suited as a holiday home with easy access to the best of  
Florida's Gulf Coast. 
 
The rear of the villa faces West and the pool area benefits from the  
sun from mid morning until late into the evening; the pool deck area  
overlooks the 15th tee of the "The Links" golf course providing 
entertainment on most days. The golf course is open to the public and 
fees are very reasonable. There are numerous other Golf Courses in the 
area.  
 
If golf is not your scene there are plenty of beaches; the Beaches  
on the Gulf Coast of Florida are noted for their white sand and are  
highly rated; the sea is pleasantly warm in summer. Shops and other  
attractions are in the local area. Eating is no problem as the villa  
has a fully equipped kitchen. Should you want to eat out there is  
plenty of choice in the vicinity. The closest shops are a 15-minute  
walk or a five-minute drive away. 
 
Tampa international airport is a 35-minute drive; Orlando Airport is  
a 2-hour drive, with the Disney, Universal and Sea World area about  
90 minutes. Busch Gardens with its roller coasters and animal park  
is 45 minutes away. 
 
The villa is non smoking and pets are not permitted. 
 
Broadband internet access (Verizon) is available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa has three bedrooms, is fully air conditioned and sleeps  
six.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite with  
shower, double vanity unit and large walk in wardrobe.  Bedroom two  
has a full size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.There is a 
further bathroom. All bedrooms and the lounge area have ceiling 
cooling fans. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.  There is a microwave,  
oven, four elecric hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and garbage  
disposal unit. Cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided. There  
is a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble drier. 
The lounge which overlooks the pool has two large sofas seating six. 
The dining area has seating for six. 
 
High Definition cable television (with 35 channels in High Definition) 
is provided in the lounge and a  further television master bedroom. 
 
The pool area has the traditional Floridian cage to keep the bugs  
and some of the heat out. Solar panels heat the pool and allow it to  
be used for the greater part of the year. There is a sundeck and a 
shaded area with seating for six for "al fresco" dining.  The pool 
area faces  
west and has the sun from late morning until sunset. 
 
Shops are 5 minutes away (Publix) and the nearest mall about 15  
minutes away.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, beaches, boating, fishing, shopping; this area has it all.  
Golf is on the doorstep; the villa overlooks the 15th tee! The villa  
is in close proximity to the renowned beaches of Florida's Gulf  
Coast.  The nearest beach is about ten minutes away and there is an  
abundant choice of beaches (Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard Park,  
Clearwater) within about a 30 minute drive. 
 
For something different Busch Gardens with its white knuckle roller  
coaster rides and animal park is 45 minutes away, as is Adventure  
Island water park. Tampa and St Petersburg also make for a good  
afternoon out. 
 
Tarpon Springs with its sponge docks and Homosassa Springs with the  
manatees are close by.
