Affordable Luxury with Pool and Golf Course at Fairway Oaks in Hudson

 Our lovely three bedroomed  villa is in a residential area on Florida's Gulf Coast, just a 35 minute drive from Tampa International airport . The villa is ideally located as a vacation home as the renowned beaches of the Gulf Coast are within easy reach as are Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg.

The pool is heated by solar panels. The rear of the villa faces West and benefits from the sun from mid morning until late into the evening. The pool deck overlooks the 15th tee of the "The Links" golf course which provides entertainment on most days. The golf course is open to the public and fees are very reasonable. There are numerous other Golf Courses in the area.

There are plenty of beaches nearby. The beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida are noted for their white sand, are highly rated and the sea is pleasantly warm. Shops and other attractions are all in the local area.  The closest shops are a 15-minute walk or a five-minute drive away. Eating in is no problem as the villa has a fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, there are plenty of restaurants in the local area.

Our villa has been inspected and is licensed by the State of Florida for short term rentals.

Busch Gardens with its roller coasters, animal park and water park is 45 minutes away. Disney, Universal and Sea World area about 90 minutes via the Interstate.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.

High Speed Wireless Internet access is available at no extra charge.

The villa is locally managed.

The villa has three bedrooms, is fully air conditioned and sleeps six and was redecorated throughout in 2009. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite with shower, double vanity unit and large walk in wardrobe. Bedroom two has a full size bed with the third bedroom having twin beds. There is a further bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. Ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms and in the shaded lanai.

The  fully equipped  kitchen/ breakfast area has a microwave, four electric hobs, cooker,  fridge/freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal unit. Cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble drier.

The lounge, which overlooks the pool, has two large high quality leather sofas seating six.

The dining area has seating for six.

In the lounge there is a High Definition cable television , dvd player and a further television in the master bedroom. 

The pool area has the traditional Floridian cage to keep out the bugs. Solar panels heat the pool and allow it to be used for most of the year. There is a sundeck (with sunloungers provided) and a shaded lanai area with seating for six for "al fresco" dining. The pool area faces west and has the sun from mid morning until sunset.

Shops are 5 minutes away (Publix) and the nearest mall about 15 minutes away.

Golf, beaches, boating, fishing, shopping; this area has it all!

Golf is on the doorstep as the villa overlooks the 15th tee of the local course.
The renowned beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast are within easy reach. Hudson beach is the closest, about ten minutes away. Other beaches including Clearwater, Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard Park and Pine Island are easily accessible.

For something different Busch Gardens, with its white knuckle roller coaster rides and animal park, is 45 minutes away, as is Adventure Island water park.

Tarpon Springs with its sponge docks and Homosassa Springs with the
manatees are close by and Tampa and St Petersburg are also worth a visit
