Two-story Waterfront Home in Hernando Beach South, Deed restricted 
community.  Floating dock, watch beautiful sunsets from second floor 
deck. Two car garage with hugh open area for storage, work shop or 
just lounging. Great for Fishing and Boating.  Fish 
from the pier or floating dock or sea wall in your back yard.   

Hernando Beach is a quaint boating/fishing community 5 minutes away 
from major department stores and restaurant chains in
Spring Hill, 40 minutes North of Tampa and 20 minutes South of 
Crystal River/Homosassa Springs 

This house is convenient to everything yet tucked away on a quiet 
street of waterfront homes

Vacation Rental Amenities

Home is fully furnished and includes linens and all kitchen items.
Master bedroom has walk-in closet, separate wash room for full size 
washer/dryer - closet for storage and shelves for detergents.  Hugh 
sun room that extends the entire length of the house plus a large out 
door deck.  

Very spacious house, separate dinning room and family room, skylight 
in family room

Activities and Attractions

Local activities include Golfing, fishing, boating or eating at local 
restaurants on the canals in the community.  There are several golf 
courses within minutes of HB with reasonable fees.  Phenominal 
fishing in the Gulf of Mexico or canals.  Blue crabs are plentiful, 
house includes a crabtrap. Boating in the Weeki Wachie river is 
breathtaking with all of the surounding nature and tall trees that 
create a canopy over the river.

Weeki Wachi amusement park is 5 minutes away and includes mermaids, 
water slides and various other activities.  Pine Isle beach has 
beautiful powder white sand and unbelievable sunsets.   

Hernando Beach is on Florida's Nature Coast which boast miles of 
unspoiled coastline.  

Pine Island Beach is minutes away by boat or car.
