Peaceful and spacious colonial in a secluded, private area, yet close
to everything. The bedrooms
are all large. The master bedroom has a master bath with a whirlpool
tub. All linens and towels are
provided for your convenience. Large private yard with barbecue and
fire pit for cooking out and
roasting marshmallows.Great restaurants are minutes away or cook in
with the large fully equipped
kitchen with all utensils, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, Crockpot,
blender and many other
electric kitchenware for your convenience. Watch the deer and wild
turkeys only feet away while you
sip your coffee in the large eat in kitchen. Sorry, no smoking inside
the house.

tennis, outdoor swimming pools & water parks nearby. Only 15 minutes from the Delaware Water Gap and
downtown Stroudsburg. A short 20 minute drive will take you to
Camelback / Camelbeach, and the
Factory Outlet Mall for great shopping. 30 minutes north is Lake
Wallenpaupak for sailing & boating.
The Delaware National Recreation Area and River is less than 10
minutes away and offers swimming,
kayaking, rafting and excellent fishing. Rental includes directions
and recommendations to all the
best the area has to offer.

Summer Family Get Together! Northern New Jersey Review Submitted: July 26, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009 We have just spent the weekend here at this house in the poconos. It was a lovely house and a lot more than what was expected. The house had plenty of room to accomodate a total of 15 people comfortably. It was well-kept and clean. The basement had a workout area and air hockey, which the kids enjoyed tremendously. The backyard was a great area for bbq-ing and making smores using their fire pit. We had the chance to actually meet with the owners, who were very nice and provided great hospitality. We usually do not provide reviews, however we felt that this house well deserved its positive feedback. We highly recommend this house to anyone considering a great place to stay in the Poconos.

Must Stay! Reunion09 Houston, TX Review Submitted: July 8, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009 My family and I rented the house while attending a family reunion and it was the best decision we could have made. The property was better than expected from the description. We were only 6 adults and 3 children but the house could easily have accomodated more. The location of house was perfect providing seclusion as well as easy access to local and area attractions. The bedrooms were all comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was very relaxing. The kitchen was spacious and served as our focal point for breakfast and late night snacks. The teenagers were kept busy with the air hockey, DVD collection and available video games. the children loved the room outdoors to run around. we only wished we had more time.

The house, the fresh air and the natural wooded environment was the perfect setting. The well-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue grills allowed for everyone's participation. The various spaces throughout the house permitted individual conversations. The Pocono location begged to be explored. The beds were comfortable; the DVD selection extensive; the owner is very accomodating. We had a wonderful, peaceful and joyful gathering. It was our tenth year, and our best. We will definitely book it again!

Not only was the price very affordable, but it was the first house we had ever rented that accommodated all of us and still felt spacious. We had plenty of space for our large family. The home was very close to everything we needed, the ski resort was just minutes away and very convenient as well as the local grocery store. Home Away From Home! nyconcierge nyc Review Submitted: February 10, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009 My nyc apartment is the size of the living rooms!!! This house is huge, not all cluttered with things that are not needed. Very well thought out, and made to cater to all ages. Everything was clean, well appointed , and most of all the Heating/hot water was amazing! It may have been 7 degrees outside, but we kept cozy with all of the extra blankets, and wonderful fireplace. Most of all i was able to relax, read, have some wine while staring into the woods at the back yard which is the woods! There is also a fun basement with an air hockey table which we played and had many laughs with. I can not say thank you enough to Marie who was with us every step of the way & could not have been nicer. I will tell everyone this, you do not need to bring ANYTHING! the grocery store, wine store, and anything you can imagine is just a few minutes away in the car. We will be back, i am already considering dates!

The house was clean and spacious. (10 of us and never felt crowded) The house is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood yet it is close to skiing, tubing, groceries, etc. We skied at both Camelback & Shawnee and did some tubing too. I wanted to have a beautiful location for our retreat, and this home was the perfect! We all fit comfortably, and the home had everything that you could possibly need or want! The outdoors also had everything...from a powerful BBQ, to an outdoor fire pit that we used to make smores and share stories! We went to Camelbeach for the day, it was only 20 minutes away!

I was so worried that I would not find a place to rent for our large group, especially with so many teenages...but Marie was willing to rent to us, and had no issues with it! I could not believe how friendly and accomodating the owner was!!! I had tried to rent a townhouse that slept the same number of people, but they were hestiant to rent to so many kids, and there house was not even nearly as nice!!

We really feel blessed to have stayed here....it was an awesome experience, one that we hope to repeat in the future!!

My wife, 2 sons, brother and sister-in-law, and my parents stayed over for the weekend. I was receiving a degree from ESU. The house made it possible for us to all stay together comfortably, and celebrate with many of our old friends from the area. When we return to the area to visit our friends in the future, this will be our first choice of places to stay!

We were thrilled from the moment that we stepped through the front door. The owners are friendly, they welcomed us as if we had known each other forever.They went out of their way to accommodate us ( we arrived late). The house is very well taken care of, lots of room, comfortable beds and the property can be compared to a mental massage, very relaxing. If you're interested you can barbeque, we did it in the winter! I'd love to go back now that it's warm I can only imagine how great it will be. I plan to rent this house again, you won't regret staying here - I highly recommend it.

The owners were extremely nice and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable in the house; everything was clean and well maintained. It was a great location because we wanted to go skiing, and the house was a few miles away from the resort. There were other activities available to do as well. Overall we had an awesome stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.
