season. Special event weeks, Biketoberfest, Speedweek, Bikeweek and
are priced at a higher rate and will be quoted on contact with owner.
3 day minimums are considered based on availability.

Special rates apply for long term stay.

There is a $50.00 cleaning departure fee and 12.5% added Florida
Resort Tax.

Deposit is required at time of booking. 50% of Total Fees to Book
room & Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check in.
