private balcony.  
Unit has 2 queen beds and one roll a way.  Sleeps 4- 6
There is a fully ready to cook kitchen. The unit contains a 
refrigerator, an electric range, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, 
cooking and eating utensils.  
27 inch flat screen cable TV and a DVD player. 
Enjoy spectacular sunshine. watch the dolphins play or take a walk 
down "The World's Most Famous Beach".

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rates are $600.00 for low season thru $1000 weekly high
season. Special event weeks, Biketoberfest, Speedweek, Bikeweek and  
are priced at a higher rate and will be quoted on contact with owner. 
3 day minimums are considered based on availability. 
                       
Special rates apply for long term stay. 

There is a $50.00 cleaning departure fee and 12.5% added Florida Resort Tax. 

Deposit is required at time of booking. 50% of Total Fees to Book 
room & Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check in.
