Vacation Rental Description

Are you ready to relax - feel the sun on your face and the sand on  
your feet?   
 
Our 4th floor (#411) condo in the Summit complex at 8743 Thomas  
Drive is right on the beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. Relax and  
enjoy the awesome view of the surf, even from the den, dining area  
and kitchen!  And, there's no need to use elevators - which is  
especially nice during the busy season!    
 
The large, private bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the unit has  
new tile throughout (except the bedroom, which has new carpet).   
There are 2 bunkbeds built into an alcove in the hallway, and a  
queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit comfortably  
sleeps 6, is a non-smoking unit, has cable TV, DVD player, a private  
phone line, patio furniture, and much more.  
 
The kitchen is completely equipped, including: dishwasher, microwave, 
coffee maker, blender, crock pot, cookware and utensils, etc.  All  
linens are provided.  
 
This 4th floor unit has a washer and dryer, and has just been  
updated with a new bedroom suite (including pillowtop mattress).

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and occupy the unit. 
Limit of 6 persons  
 
Sorry No Smoking and No Pets please. 
 
Deposit required within 4 business days of making reservation. 
 
We do rent for 3 - 4 night stays during certain times of the year. 
 
You may cancel your reservation anytime up until 3 weeks prior to  
your arrival date and receive full refund of your deposit.  Any late  
cancellation will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 
 
During peak season (May-August) there will be an additional $50  
charge for date changes.
