This 2 bedroom, vacation cottage is a sparkling gem located right downtown Lake Worth on the golf 
course and intracoastal waterway. What a perfect location! Walk to dinner and the beaches!
At the cottage you will find peace, privacy and comfort. Step off the 18 hole golf course and enter 
your own quiet oasis. Perfect for Families, Golfers, Snowbirds, Artists and Writers. 
Come escape the winter, attend classes, art openings, film festivals, conventions, horse shows, or 
the opera!! Get away from it all!! Paint the next Degas or simply visit the local art galleries (The 
Norton Museum of Art is a short drive away with a permanent collection that boasts pieces by Miro, 
Gauguin, Monet, Mattise, and Picasso). 

Come visit the cottage with family or friends to walk the sandy beaches, swim in the ocean, shop for 
antiques and enjoy gourmet meals in some of the best restaurants in America.  Bring the family for a 
wonderful vacation, or simply escape with your honey to a special Florida refuge. 
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with down pillows and comforters, cotton sheets. The second 
bedroom has two twin-size beds, down pillows, comfortable down comforters, and  soft quilted 
bedspreads. 
Full bath with tub and shower.  Comfortable living room with pull out sleeper sofa, a cozy 
fireplace, and slip-covered wing back chairs. Central heat and air,(but on most winter days the 
weather is pleasant enough to open the windows and catch the ocean breezes off the intracoastal 
waterway). Beautiful Florida Dade County pine floors throughout, with ceiling fans in all rooms. 
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway and golf course!!!  We provide all linens, towels, 
dish towels, even cloth napkins for dinner. The full kitchen boosts a gas cook top and range, 
dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, refrigerator/freezer,  
china and silver service for 6, glassware, and even crystal champagne flutes! 

Two bedrooms, Queen-size bed with comfortable mattress, 2 Twin-size beds, Pullout sleeper-sofa 
(queen), Ceiling Fans, Central Heat and A/C, Shower/Tub, Iron/ironing board, Cable TV, DVD, with 
small library of movies for a rainy night, Radio and CD player, Full kitchen, microwave, gas range, 
Pots and Pans, Cooking utensils, Blender, full-size Refridgerator/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Linens and 
towels provided (100% cotton, Private Back Yard, Barbeque grill, Patio tables and chairs, and Warm 
sunny breezes. * Phone.  Just bring your toothbrush!

Activities and Attractions

Minutes from the shops and restaurants downtown Lake Worth, steps from the Beach, bike trails, Lake 
Worth Pier, fishing and boating, scuba diving, public boat ramps, municipal golf courses, 
restaurants and night clubs. Palm Beach is a 10 minute drive. Local bike rentals available. 
Perhaps your idea of a great vacation is to improve your golf game, shop in Palm County's special 
boutiques, sip champagne at the Breakers, take day trips along A1A, feed the seagulls on the Lake 
Worth Pier,dine over the ocean, take a cruise, go deep sea fishing, sail the sea, stroll along the 
white sandy beaches, or to just drink in the sights, sounds, and fragrant breezes of the romantic 
Florida Coast. Fellow Scuba Divers can dive some great sites with the local Padi Dive crew.
Come snorkel, kayak, windsurf or swim in the southern Atlantic, just steps away. We are 
directly on the Lake Worth Municipal Golf Course,and intracoastal waterway, and steps from downtown 
shops and restaurants.
The Gulf Stream warms our waters, making it possible for swimmers to swim year-round.

Vacation Rental Rates

Taking Reservations for WINTER 2009 now. 
High Season (December 2008 - April 2009) $2,450/month.  Prefer 3 month rental during high season 
with discount given for multiple months, but please inquire regarding shorter (one month) rentals. 
Off Season:( May through November): $1,850/month or $750/week
All prices include taxes and utilities.  Deposit required to hold your reservation, and separate, 
refundable security deposit for first-time guests at the cottage.  Pets welcome with separate 
deposit.
