Vacation Rental Description

In a lush tropical garden on Delray's most prestigious residential 
street, in the heart of the Marina historical district, you'll find 
privacy, luxury, and a tropical setting -- all within walking 
from "The Avenue" and the beach.  This is not an old, musty, beach 
condo and this is NOT a 20+ unit building overlooking the highway or 
train tracks.  The moment you walk through the gate into the blossom 
laden gardens along the gently curving Chicago brick paths of this 
Key West style retreat, you'll know you're someplace special.

This is a new, clean, allergen free, updated, well-kept unique 
property, with a relaxed, easy care beach blue, white and yellow 
decor.  The master bedroom has a queen size pillow-top bed, oval 
Roman soaking tub, and a balcony overlooking the pool that's centered 
in a garden courtyard bursting with orchids, mangos, birds of 
paradise and other exotic tropical foliage.  The unit also has three 
more outdoor seating areas, each set in equally spectacular, tropical 
environments.

In addition, this townhome comes fully furnished with a gourmet 
kitchen, a very comfortable living room sofa, one guest bedroom with 
a day bed and an armoire that opens into an office desk -- complete 
with filing drawers, shelves, side table, etc., and a second guest 
bedroom with a fabulous futon and relaxing decor for reading, or 
simply unwinding from the day.  It's an ideal retreat for a single 
person or a couple who wish to stay connected and accommodate 
occasional visitors, while escaping to a relaxing, tropical setting 
for an extended period of time.

This property may not be suitable for children under 12 because of 
the pool and open riser staircase.  No smoking on the grounds or in 
the townhome -- no exceptions.

 • All rates include Water, HOA, Maintenance Fees, etc.
 • Short Term rates also include Power, Cable, Internet
 • Long Term rates do NOT include Power, Cable, Internet, and must
   be for 3 months or more
 • Monthly rates will be pro-rated based on contract
   move-in/move-out dates
 • Rates for terms less than 1 month will be determined by taking
   the number days rented, divided by 30, times the rent for that
   month, plus $200
 • By state law, an 11% sales/hotel tax will be added to leases less
   than 6 months
 • Short Term leases require a refundable deposit of $500
 • Long Term leases require a refundable deposit equal to the highest
   month's rent during lease period
 • Small pets are OK, but require a $500 non-refundable pet deposit
