1 hour to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge,Tn., Dollywood,Smoky Mtn.
Knifeworks,Dixie Stampede.
20 miles to Maggie Valley and Sking in winter.
1 hour to Ashville and Biltmore House.
3 1/2 hours to Atlanta, Ga.
Tubing on Deep Creek,starting in the Park and you can get out right
behind the house!
Fishing for rainbow and brook trout behind the house or in the Park
and on the Cherokee Reservation.
You can also fish for catfish in the Tuckaseegee River only a 1/4
mile from the house where Deep Creek empties into it.

Jan-May/Aug 16-Sept 30/Nov 1-Dec 23: $650.00 a week,$110.00 a
night,min 2 nights.
June-Aug 15/Oct 1-31: $750.00 a week,$125.00 a night,min 2 nights
Holidays: Mem Day,July 4th,Labor Day,Thanksgiving,Christmas week,New
Years: $150.00 a night,minimum 3 nights.
$150.00 security deposit required, refundable after housekeeping
inspection, if you leave it like you found it. Security deposit and
half of rent due at time of reservation. The other half due 2 weeks
before arrival. $50.00 cleaning fee.
Personal checks OK, if time to clear bank,otherwise money orders or
cashiers check will be accepted. Sorry,we are not set up to accept
credit cards at this time.
Cancellation Policy notice: 30 Days+:refund Security deposit plus
75% of rent paid; 14-30 days:50% of rent paid; Less than 14 days-no
refund-except Security Deposit.
