from the Kitchen and one of the bedrooms and new appliances.  A  
remarkable condo on a remarkable island. 
 
Manasota Key enjoys the tropical breezes of southwest Florida from  
the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Towns of Sarasota, Punta Gorda,  
Port Charlotte, Englewood, and Venice are nearby. 
 
Our uniquely shaped condominiums feature a Tiki Hut design, each  
with a private, open air deck facing the Gulf and surrounded by lush  
tropical landscaping. A new pool area and barbecue grills are  
conveniently located for your use, and it's just a few steps to your

Available all Year: 
 
May through December :     $1023.00    Weekly  	$3684.12 Monthly 
January through April:     $1141.03    Weekly  	$3840.54 Monthly 
 
 
Security deposit of $300 is required with reservation.  
 
Security deposit returned within 45 days after departure unless  
damage occurs.  
 
Rates subject to change without notice. 
  
Each additional person up to stated maximum is $8.50 per day. (No  
charge for children under 8 years.)  
 
Cancellations -Written notice required 60 days prior to reservation. 
 
Refund of deposit is only made provided condominium is rented for  
same period of time.
