· Central Heating & Air Conditioning & Wood burning stove in Living
room, some firewood is supplied (under front patio).
· Spacious and Comfortable Living room with vaulted wood ceilings; 2
ceiling fans, leather couch, leather lounge chair & ottoman, 2nd
oversized lounge chair and recliner chair. Wooden coffee table, 2
end tables with 1 lamp.
· 52” ‘Mitsubishi’ Stereo TV with cable access, ‘Sony’ DVD
player, ‘Panasonic’ VCR, ‘Onkyo’ Stereo system with amplifier; HIGH
SPEED INTERNET ACCESS (located next to stereo system)INCLUDED!
· Dining table with seating for 6; breakfast counter has seating for
three.
· Full Kitchen with all dishes and utensils, full size refrigerator,
full size range / oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, disposal, coffee
maker, toaster, crock pot, and more.
· Large covered patio with glass table & 6 arm chairs; 2 additional
vinyl tables & 6 vinyl chairs, full size propane BBQ. You are
provided with a key to the cable lock.
· Queen bedroom w/ lamp, wooden twin bunk beds, chest with 6
drawers, AM/FM alarm clock, Iron w/ Ironing board, ceiling fan.
· Queen bedroom with 2 night stands, one lamp, chest of drawers,
ceiling fan, 19” color TV, AM/FM alarm clock.
· Washer & dryer are provided, vacuum is located in the left kitchen
closet, hair dryer is in the bathroom, extra towels are in the
cabinet in the left side of bath. Additional instructions and area
information is located in the ‘Welcome’ book by the kitchen.

Regular Rate: 2 night minimum @ $200.00 per night(plus 6.05% tax)
Special: Sunday night is ½ price of the weekend rate when added to
a Friday and Saturday night rental
Weekly Rate: $985.00 (plus 6.05% tax)
Monthly Rate: $1,950.00 (NO tax)
Holiday & Special Events Rate: 2 night minimum @ $250.00 (plus 6.05%
tax)

Monthly & weekly rentals must be paid in advance by cash or check

$350.00 security deposit for weekly and monthly rentals, non-
refundable within 30 days of reservation
$60.00 cleaning charge on monthly rentals
Additional cleaning service is available upon renter’s request for
$50.00 per cleaning
