The condo is conveniently located between Brevard and Highlands,
NC. Area attractions include the Biltmore Estate, Flat Rock
Playhouse, Brevard Music Center, Dupont and Pisgah State Forests,
and Lake Joccassee.

From our 19' deck you can relax and view the Great Smoky Mountains.

25% holds reservation with full balance due before arrival.
Cancellations must be received two(2) weeks prior to reservation for
full refund. 

There is a $75 cleaning fee per rental in addition to the above prices. (Inquiries and/or reservations made prior to July 1, 2012 will only be charged $50 per rental.)

A security deposit of $300 will be required up front, refundable in full if no damages to the property.
