Vacation Rental Description

Gulf Breeze, is a new, awesome pet-friendly home with fabulous close gulf 
views, easy beach access and a large screen enclosed private in ground 
pool.   
 
This beautifully decorated home is very close to the pet friendly 
beach.   It is only one tier back and the beachfront homes in 
front are wide apart providing for great open views of the Gulf and 
the beach.  
 
Located in a nice beachfront community, the home has close access to 2 
community beach accesses (only 160 feet to closest access).  The home 
has a large enclosed private swimming pool so you do not need to worry 
about any insects spoiling your fun.  Imagine sitting at the pool and 
seeing the gulf in the evening under the stars. 
 
It has a screened porch, accessible from the master bedroom and living 
room and open sun deck off of the dining room.   There are two master 
bedrooms with private baths and a third bedroom that has access to the 
third central bath.  A full sized sofa bed in the large living room 
provides sleeping for 8.  The home is all one one level so there is no 
running up and down the stairs between the bedrooms and living area.   
 
The in ground pool is a large 16 foot by 32 foot with a waterfall.   
There is a lots of parking under the house to keep your vehicles and 
boats nice and cool.  There is a large grassy backyard which is 
unusual for beach homes.     
 
This home has everything to make your vacation memorable.  The open 
and spacious living area has nice high ceilings and has great gulf 
views from the kitchen, dining area, living room.  
 
The beautiful master suite with queen sized bed has a great view of 
the Gulf and access to the screen porch. 
 
The second master bedroom has queen sized bed with private bathroom with 
shower.  The third bedroom, which doubles as a second sitting room, 
has a trundle bed which pulls out to make two twin beds.   The kids 
can have their own sitting area with their own TV and movie 
entertainment.  The living room has a full sized sleeper sofa making 
sleeping accommodation for 8.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include private inground swimming pool, with waterfall and 
screen enclosure. There is fenced yard for your furry puppies, plus 
screen porch and pet gate on the open deck. For communication, the 
home has wireless high speed 
internet access  free unlimited long distance to U.S. and Canada in 
case your cell phones aren’t working.  In this area, cell phone 
service is often not available.  Washer/dryer and dishwasher, A/C, of 
course.  Home has large, unfenced backyard, charcoal grill, stereo, 
cable TV, 3 TV's and VCR/DVD, games and movies.  Linens and 
towels are provided.  The golf course is only 5 miles away.  

Activities and Attractions

The area has lots of attractions, including fishing charters, surf 
fishing, scalloping in season in the bay, great shopping in 
Apalachicola.  There are estuary and eco tours of this beautiful 
Forgotten Coast.   
 
We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and 
barely see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks.  You 
can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach and ready for you to 
come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool.   
 
The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach 
by K-9 magazine in 2006.  Even some of the nearby restaurants have 
outside decks and are pet-friendly.   
We have no high rises.  
 
The golf course is 5 miles away.   
 
You can launch boats in 3 locations.  This home has lots of parking 
space for a boat.
