This lovely golf course condo is ideally located in the community of
Gator Trace Golf and Country Club, Ft. Pierce, FL. Walk next door
to Country Club, golf pro shop, restaurant and lounge, pool area,
shuffleboard and bocce ball courts. Beautifully appointed first
floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the #1 Fairway of this 6136
yard (from the Blue Tees), par 70 golf course. Each of the 2
bedrooms feature a king size bed and individual baths for complete
privacy. The modern kitchen has a lovely breakfast area, electric
stove,dishwasher, microwave, disposal and refrigerator with ice
maker.
Both bedrooms and living areas offer ceiling fans. The living room
and dining room overlook a small lake, the #1 fairway, green and
unlimited open green space for complete privacy. There are (3)
televisions (a 27" stereo TV w/a DVD/ 5 disc CD Player in the living
room, a 20" stereo TV w/ a DVD/VCR/CD Player in the Master Bedroom
and a 19" TV with VCR in the second bedroom). Both bedrooms have
carpeting and the rest of the condo features upgraded 18" ceramic
tiles for easy care. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer are
also included. Dishes, cooking and baking utensils, pots, pans,
silverware, linens, coffee maker, hand mixer, blender, drink mixer
elctric choppers are available. Covered parking.

2 and 3 MONTH DISCOUNTS
Stay 3 Months: Jan/Feb/March or Feb/March/April. Rate Will Be Reduced To $2500. Per Month plus applicable fees and taxes.
Stay 2 Months: Jan/Feb or Feb/March or March/April Rate Will Be Reduced To $2600. Per Month plus applicable fees and taxes.
Rates quoted are for 2-4 Person (maximum occupancy)
Golf Cart, Green Fees, and Club pool use are NOT included in rental rates.
Golf & Pool Memberships are available for a fee.
Rates are subject to 6 1/2% Florida State Tax, plus 5% Resort Tax,
and a $65.00 cleaning fee (one time charge).
Security Deposit required. Monthly reservations begin on the 1st.
day of the month and end on the last day of each month.
