Vacation Rental Description

Brand new (October 2002) second floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom coach 
home in the Heritage Greens community Zip 34119
with den and additional bonus room/bedroom. Extremely spacious 2050 
square 
feet of air conditioned space plus garage and lanai situated in 
gated 
golfing and tennis community with south westerly aspect giving 
spectacular views over the Arrowhead golf course and lakes 
culmulating in the 
evening with breath taking sunsets.
This light and airy spacious coach home with vaulted ceilings has 
been luxuriously fitted out with model furniture and upgraded 
electrical appliances. The master bedroom with slider door access to 
the lanai has a king size  bed,20" TV,DVD& VCR,large master bathroom 
with walk in shower, twin vanity unit and walk in closet,second 
bedroom has twin beds t.v.and en-suite bathroom with tub. The large 
bonus room includes a queen sofa bed and 52"  TV,DVD & VCR. The open 
plan great room has full length (16 feet) patio door access to the 
lanai and is fully tiled throughout comprising lounge area with sofa 
andchairs, formal dining area seating 6, beautiful kitchen with 
corian countertops/breakfast bar and bar stools and upgraded 
appliances including large side by side refridgerator/freezer with 
ice making machine, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and 
radiant surface stove with self cleaning oven. 
The breakfast nook area seating 4 looks onto the lanai which is 
equipped with furniture and sun loungers. There is a separate den 
which has been set up as an  office.Cable TV services provided.
Additional amenities for your use include full size 
washer/dryer,iron 
and ironing board, towels/ beach towels and linens,tennis rackets, 
two sets of mens right handed golf clubs, beach 
chairs,umbrella,floats, coolboxes and sand toys etc. 
In addition there is a wide range of cooking utensils, coffee maker, 
blender, smoothie maker, toaster, china, glassware, hair dryer, 
ceiling fans in all 
rooms and blinds fitted to windows. 
Telephone x2 for local calls and answerphone, radio and CD player

clock radio alarm are also provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This friendly gated community offers a Gordon Lewis designed 18 hole 
golf course where as a resident you are entitled to preferred tee 
times. Golf fees start at $28 per round (out of season) including a 
cart.There are currently no membership transfer fees to 
pay.The clubhouse which is 2 minutes from the coach home features a 
dining bar and adjoins the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis 
courts,basketball and tot lot. 
The activities centre offers a fitness and gathering room. In 
addition there is a further heated swimming pool with jacuzzi a few 
yards walk from the coach home.

Activities and Attractions

Naples fine selection of shops and restaurants are located only 
minutes away and the Gulf Coast beaches with their soft silver sands 
and wide range of water sports are easily accessible. Naples also 
has 
a wide range of cultural activities with a live theatre, cinemas and 
museums as well as regular open air Jazz and Classical concerts.
The coach home is located 2 miles off the Interstate 75 and Fort 
Myers International Airport is thirty minutes away. Miami and Tampa 
airports are two and a half hours away by car with internal flights 
to Naples airport.

Vacation Rental Rates

For 2008---
January, February and March-------$3300 per month + tax.

November,December and April--from $2850 per month + tax. Discount available for April 2008.

There is a $50 administration charge made by the Heritage Greens 
Association per rental period.
