Vacation Rental Description

The main unit is a gorgeous two-story, 2,600 square foot private  
home, named the Rocky Mountain Villa, just off highway 119, located  
4 miles north of Black Hawk, 57 miles to Denver Airport, 32 miles to  
Boulder, 16 miles to Golden, 14 miles to Nederland, and 12 miles  
from Interstate 70 in the Colorado Mountains. This home is a three  
bedroom with two queens, three doubles, and two twin beds sleeping  
12 adults, we also furnish sleeping mats with sleeping bags for  
children. There are three full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining  
room, large living room with Direct TV and a VCR with lots of kids  
and family movies, washer and dryer, wood burning stove, and a large  
740 square feet deck to enjoy the magnificent surroundings. The  
lower unit is named The Cozy Cavern, and is a 1,400 square foot  
private home with two bedrooms and one bathroom, kitchen, very nice  
living room with Direct T.V. and a VCR with movies, and a reading  
room. The master bedroom has two queen beds and a fireplace, the  
other bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has one queen  
convertible sleeper sofas, the reading room has one full futon

Activities and Attractions

If you are looking for skiing, snow boarding, snowmobiling, or just  
playing in the snow this is your place. We have mountain ski resorts  
starting with Eldora, just 15 miles, Loveland, Winter Park, Arapahoe  
Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, all within 60 miles.  
Swimming in the indoor pools at our local Community Center, and  
minuets to 32 casinos and restaurants in Black Hawk. If you are  
looking for a summer get away this is the place to be. Golden Gate  
State Park and Indian Peaks Wilderness with wildflower meadows,  
beautiful autumn colors, rivers and lakes, and a view from Panorama  
Point of the Continental Divide, horseback riding trails with all  
kinds of planed outings, bike trails, hiking trails, fishing,
