This spacious beautifully furnished 2 bed/ 2 bath 1100 sq ft condo is the perfect retreat for up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the stunning island of Anna Maria. The condo is situated in a quiet complex located just 2 blocks ( a 5 minute walk ) from the beach.
Refurbished in summer 2011 the lounge/diner has a tiled floor with new leather sofas, a 6 seater dining table and cable T.V with additional Wi-Fi. The main bedroom with en suite shower room has a queen sized bed,flat screen tv and the second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with a 26 inch t.v.
The screened tiled lanai has a table and chairs and overlooks the pool.

Anna Maria has just about everything that you could want for the
perfect vacation. It has a laid back atmosphere with 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches, 3 fishing piers and a large selection of restaurants.
The condo is situated just a short 5-7 minute walk away from the beach and has Publix supermarket along with other shops and restaurants just over the road.
A free trolley bus travels around the island every 20 minutes with the nearest stop to the condo only a 2 minute walk away.
Numerous public golf courses are a short drive away. For the shoppers the Ellenton outlet mall is a 20 minute drive and offers fantastic bargains on an array of designer labels.
Tampa airport and Busch Gardens are a 1 hour drive with Disney 2 Hours.
