Vacation Rental Description

This very spacious beautifully furnished 2 bed/2 bath condo is the  
Perfect get-a-way for young families or couples wishing to spend  
some  
quiet times.    The apartment is on the first floor and is situated  
over a bridge amongst a small complex of 24 apartments.  There is a  
screened lanaii with tables and chairs that overlooks the pool. 
The white sandy beaches are just 2 blocks away. 
The Island is the most amazing and breathtaking place in the world.   
Fabulous Sunsets. Fantastic Restaurants on the beach with  
entertainment every evening. I can honestly say that  
Anna Maria is our piece of paradise.a

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Island has a terrific trolley bus service, which is free of  
charge and runs every 20 mins to various stops all around the  
island.  
The apartment is fully furnished and sleeps six people. (plus travel  
cot).  Air Con/Ceiling fans, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Cooker,  
Microwave,CD/Radio, VCR and DVD player together with 2 tv's, Fridge,  
Coffee makers, Kettles, Hairdryers, Bedding for 6 people, All towels  
and beach towels. 
 
There is a Queensize bed, plus queen size sofa bed and two twin beds. 
Everything is in perfect condition and all bedroom carpets are new. 
 
The lounge/Diner has fabulous cream tiles throughout and with the  
black settees looks like a dream home.

Activities and Attractions

Anna Maria has just about everything that you could want for the  
perfect vacation.  This natural island has 7 miles of beautiful  
white  
sandy beaches. It has three fishing piers, all with restaurants.  It  
has all water sports nearby and has the most amazing selection of  
Restaurants from chinese to American, French and Italian and what  
about the fresh fish!!  Across the road from the condo you will find  
the Publix supermarket. together with doctors, dentists, Banks,  
Restaurants, Pharmacies and of course the Beach!!  There are public  
Tennis courts and the Bolliterri Tennis academy is 20 mins drive  
away. 
Golf courses are s short drive.

Discounted rates for summer 2007 
 
May - November           $650.00 per week   $2400 monthly  
December - April         $800.00 per week   $3000 monthly 
 
Plus 10.5% florida taxes 
     
 
There is a one off payment for cleaning of  $70 on departure  
 
Damage deposit $200
