Vacation Rental Description

Breathtaking oceanfront Malibu townhouse!  Relax and enjoy the  
incredible whitewater views! Watch the whales swim and play. Hear  
the sounds of the surf from the entire property! This a a top level  
property with high beamed ceilings thruout and noone above you! 
  The oversized balcony gives an inside outside feeling to the  
property with living room type patio furniture keeping the feeling  
going. There are palm trees swaying and the ocean is always the main  
focus! 
   There is a gorgeous fireplace with a 42 inch LCD sony flat  screen 
LCD tv above it in the living room 
 
 
The dining room has a large chinese rug with a beautiful suede and oak 
table and chairs- the table has large blocks of inlaid stone and is 
very extraordinary. 
 
 
   
The master bedroom has a beautiful kingsize bed set with  
doublepillow mattress, deluxe headboard with matching dressers.There 
is a large tv in this room. The  
second bedroom has two twin beds with matching comforters, headboards  
and dresser and also a television. Everything in the property is done 
as if in a five star  
hotel but for a fraction of the price. One of the leather sofas is a  
sofabed, and the other becomes a chaise when the legs pull out.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer in beachouse,hi-speed 
DSL internet service,  fireplace, flat screen LCD TV w/dvd/vcr in living  
room, separate tv in master bedroom,  
with king size bed,separate tv in second bedroom (3 tvs total)  
covered parking. Heated pool, heated oversize  
jacuzzi, private sandy beach (community) with volleyball court- paddle 
tennis.  Gated complex with 24 hour  
security. Pets are permitted. No smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Beach, surfing, swimming, hiking and biking trails. Nearby are the  
finest restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, boating,  
horsebackriding,  
etc. 
 
Guest comments: I just wanted to thank you for renting me your 
townhouse. We relaxed completely and even got to see the dolphins 
swimming by. It was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent rates for property at 6,000 monthly USD for June, July and 
August, and  September- 
November, December February-May is 4,000  
Occasionally we rent weekly in the offpeak months and the rate is 2200
