white sand. Cottage has been fully renovated with new interior. Enjoy  
a little luxury on the beach. Perfect for a couple or couple and one  
child.  This is the closest thing to having a bed on the beach! 
Full kitchen with dishwasher, corian countertops, bath with shower, 
Murphy wall bed with premium queen size mattress, 
Sliding glass doors looking out to the beach.

June 15-August 31 $1650 per week 
September $1000 per week $250 per day 3 day minimum 
October $850 per week $225 per day 3 day minimum 
Does not include 7% state tax  
$150 damage deposit 
Rates include departure cleaning and linens at no additional cost 
50% due within 7 days of booking 
Remainder due 60 days prior to visit 
Strictly enoforced by association no pets and limit 3 occupants
