cottage is fully furnished with a full kitchen, a bedroom with a
queen-size bed, a living room with a futon sofa, a bathroom with an
antique clawfoot tub and shower, and central air and heat.

This ideal vacation cottage is the perfect place to stay for those
who want to play in the Comal River, play at the Schlitterbahn, or
just relax.

The Cottage sleeps up to four guests. The cottage has a fenced in
back patio and front patio for relaxing and entertaining. The
outdoor patios have a BBQ grill, chiminea, wooden swing, and tables
and chairs. With a location of downtown, there are shops,
restaurants, theatre, nightclubs, antique stores, and much more
within walking distance.
