Enjoy a beautiful sunrise, watch the pelicans plunge, the dolphins
frolic, keep an eye on the kids in the pool, or dad on the beach
surf fishing all from the breezy balcony, your living room, or the
master bedroom. This cute Condo is situated on the third floor in
the center of the building affording unobstructed panoramic ocean
views. There is a King-size bed in the bedroom, and a queen sofa bed
in the living room. My wife loves to fall asleep to Mother Nature’s
Ocean serenade. A cup of fresh coffee on the balcony as the sun
rises is my idea of a perfect start to a great day at the beach.
This unit is set up with your comfort and convenience in mind. Come

Located in the heart of Hutchinson Island’s Jensen Beach, this cozy
condo is perfectly positioned. When your in 304 you are just steps
from the beach and in walking distance to one of the Island’s best
restaurants: Shuckers - Live bands inside and a great crowd at the
oceanfront Tiki Bar. You can also enjoy other oceanfront
restaurants, local cafes, and of course Strawberry’s Ice Cream &
Soda Shop. While on the Island you can hit the pool for a dip, rent
a surfboard and try Surfing, ply the waves on a boogie-board, do
some body surfing, or just watch the waves break at your feet as you
comb the beach for the treasures of the sea. With a Publix Grocery
Store just down the road and a complete kitchen, you are home free
to stick to the diet or splurge. To stay in shape and or work off
those vacation calories, Hutchinson Island boasts many miles of bike
and walking paths. If you are a member of the YMCA, there is a great
facility in Stuart. If you are fan of marine life, you are in luck.
Bath Tub reef is at the end of the island and a mask and snorkel
will bring you face to face with some of your other gilled
neighbors. If scuba is your game, Pepper Park in North Hutchinson
offers a nice shore dive. And the world class diving off Jupiter and
West Palm is just a short drive away. This past summer (end of July)
we watched as hundreds of tiny loggerhead turtles tried to make
their way back to the sea. There are Landings for the boaters,
Charters for the fishermen, and plenty of first class golf.
Just over the new beautiful causeway and your in quaint Downtown
Stuart. Park the car near Confusion Corner and walk the streets to
shop the art galleries, and antiques shops or figure out which of
the many delightful restaurants and pubs you have a meal or a cold
one. Crossing the midway causeway will bring you into the heart of
downtown Jensen Beach. This little town has some great place to eat
and is just as fun to walk the streets and people watch as Stuart.
Thursday evenings the streets are filled with local artists selling
their works. Jensen Beach is also a easy place to rent a boat or jet
ski.
