Knotty Pine Villa - 7MM, Every Room Has Lake Views! in Lake of the Ozarks

This lakefront property sits on a private point (7MM) overlooking the
mouth of the Gravois Arm and Main Channel. The property provides
guests with access to 140 feet of pristine lakefront shoreline. The
recently remodeled home is one-story with three bedrooms and two
baths. The main living are contains a nice sized living room and
dining room, an ample kitchen with a hexagonal sitting area
overlooking the lake, two bedrooms (full size beds), a beautiful
tiled full size bath with shower, and a large wrap around lake-side deck.
The master suite is adjacent to the living room and contains a full
size bed and sofa sleeper (queen), another full size bath with large
shower, and an enclosed sunroom and sofa sleeper (twin).

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range, refrigerator, and
access to the trash compactor. This private home is stocked with all
bedding, bath towels, dish towels, and iron. Other features include
weekly trash pick-up and open parking.  The lakefront property offers quick access for swimming, fishing, and all watercraft activities.  Guests can store their boat or boat rental at the nearby marina (1/4th of a mile from the house) for $15 per day.

 This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Guest are asked to provide their own beach towels, life jackets (required for children under 12), food, soaps, and personal items.

This home offers guests fantastic views of the lake with the wrap
around deck. A favorite gathering spot is the lower level rock patio
with its patio furniture, several flower beds, and plenty of shade
for lake watching and relaxing.

This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.  Once you are here plan to take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.

Nightly Rental Rates:

Off-Season (labor Day - April)................$155/night.
In-Season (May - June)........................$288.30/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)................$310/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 nights 20%!

Rates are based on a 9 person occupancy. Additional guests charged
$25 per night.

On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day.  Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day. 

Cleaning fee - $115 and Processing Fee $30.  Pet Friendly $25 per day per pet - 2 pet limit.   2 Hour Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.

This property has a $400 refundable damage deposit.
