5 Bed 3.5 Bath home (3000sqft of living space) with private pool & spa
The Master Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor has a king size
bed, Cable TV, telephone, alarm, 2 walk in closets and dresser &
nighstands. The en-suite has a large walk in shower and twin vanity
units. The master suite also has a sitting area with patio doors
leading out on to the pool.
The living area is fully furnished with 2 sofas, a TV with VCR.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual conveniences
including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker,
microwave, filter coffee maker, blender, toaster and other small
appliances. The breakfast nook has a 4 seater table & chairs and a
breakfast bar with 2 stools.
The grand room is luxuriously furnished with a formal dining area for
6 people and a separate sitting area with 2 sofas.
Upstairs Master Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, built in closet,
dresser with en-suite bathroom - roman bath and shower.
Two further bedrooms both sharing a further bathroom. Each have two
twin beds with a night stand and a built in closet.
Bedroom 5 is situated on the ground floor and has a queen size bed,
dresser and a built in closet.
There is a separate utility room on the ground floor complete with
washer and drier.
For families with babies and infants we have also have avalible(At
extra cost)high-chair, Toddler bed & crib
The beautifully landscaped 30' x 15'pool and diamond spa is kept very
private with palm trees and tropical plants. Ample seating and
loungers for 10 people on the large covered Lanai - perfect for
outdoor dining and barbeques.(gas grills also available, at extra cost)

*Mid Season Apr-Jun, Sep-Oct (excluding Easter)$950 Per Week

*Peak Season Thanksgiving,Christmas,New Year&Easter $1300 Per Week
*Pool/Spa Heating $200 Per Week
*There's a nonrefundable pet deposit of $75 for each pet.
*Deposit of $250 will secure booking
*All prices are sudject to sales tax
*Minimum of 7 nights stay during High,& Peak Season, a cleaning fee of
$90 will apply on bookings 6 nights and less. 5 Night Minimum on Low,
& Mid Season, a cleaning fee of $90 will apply on bookings 4 nights
and less.

Pool heating is available at an extra cost of $200 per
week, and is recommended outwith the summer months (Please ask for
before arrival, it takes 24hrs to get to a good heat).
A $250 refundable damage deposit is mandatory for each home
booked do at check in! Deposit gets returned to guest by mail 30 days
after departure date, less deduction, if any. As for detail about
Deposit.
To Reserve one of Fantasy Vacation Homes you MUST give a refundable
$250 holding deposit. That get deducted from total amount due.
