Two bedroom one bath condo just steps from the warm sand and
tranquil ocean. Come see NASA's spectacular shuttle launches from
the beach! Enjoy the uncrowded and relaxed atmosphere that our
wonderful condo can provide for you! Perfect getaway for a romantic
couple or fun for the entire family!
Our peaceful condo is located just south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and
the Cocoa Beach Pier. Orlando area attractions including Disney,
MGM, Universal, Wet N Wild, Animal Kingdom, Gatorland and much more
just one hours drive from Cocoa. Orlando International Airport is a
short and simple drive to and from our cozy condo.
One queen size bed and one full size bed. Couch can be used as an
optional place for an additional person. Fully equipt kitchen. All
linens are provided.

$95 per night for rentals of less than one week.

$250 deposit required to secure your rental dates.
Cancellations must be made twelve (12) weeks prior to arrival date or deposit will be kept for non sufficient cancellation time.

If cancellation is made twelve (12) weeks prior to arrival date the deposit will be returned minus $100 for re-rental fee.

Full payments by check (personal or Cashier) must be received 4 weeks prior to arrival.
