house.  large bedrooms, original hardwoods, two porches, five 
entrances (great for indoor/outdoor entertaining!), has spectacular 
new 1100 square feet octogonal kitchen, professional 8 burner stove, 
italian tiles, radiant heating, table for twelve. House is 
comfortably furnished mostly with family antiques from Europe and 
Swedish mattresses. 

Huge new in-ground heated swimming pool on hill, with pool house,
overlooking extensive gardens, meadows, bit of woods, pond.  Stable
space for horses available.  Cottage and barn on site. Very private
and quiet. 

  
Use of large extra space with concert grand piano negotiable for 
musicians, also study and studio for academics or artists.

Full chef's kitchen, espresso machine, dishwasher, satelitte tv, 
stereo with cd player, dvd, vcr, cozy gas fireplace, board games,

Tivoli, 20 mins east of Kingston and about 30 minutes to Woodstock.

$3500.00- $4,500.00 a week. $600-$700/night.
Cleaning Fee $150.00
