This cozy comfortable condo has three levels with two bedrooms.The
master bedroom is located on the third level with a king size bed and
a full bath. The second level has living room and kitchen with
another full bath. The downstairs level has washer and dryer with
bedroom. This bedroom has a full bed and two twin beds, great for
the kids. They have there own private floor to play. There is also a
walkout to the back yard on this level. Condo has cozy wood stove
with plenty of fire wood. Condo includes cable,phone (for local
calls), vcr, washer and dryer, dishwasher,all kitchen utensils, all
linens and sheets, cleaning included( we do ask that you maintain
daily cleaning) Each bedroom has a television with vcr, cable, and
radio Just pack your clothes! Inquire about our specialr ate reduction due to the economy!

Amenities include pass to local fitness center for 1-2 days depending
on length of stay. If you would like to use the climbing wall or
tennis courts, feel free to rent them out, there is an additional
charge. Pass entitles you to use the pool, jacuzzi and gym for 1-2
full days. You can also access the facility any day you like for an
additional charge, all information will be provided.

This condo is located five minutes from all activities. Enjoy
skiing, swimming, shopping, storyland etc. This condo is located in
the heart of Echo Lake state Park. Walk to Echo Lake or walk out
your back door and see Cathedral Ledge. This is a great area for not
only the children, but also the adults. You can enjoy the peace of
the park by taking a nice walk, bike ride or even going around the
corner and climbing a trail.Jump in your car in be in the heart of
things in just five minutes, or simply go home and enjoy the peace
and tranquility of the New Hampshire Mountains and Parks! Snow

The rates below are the normal rates, again inquire about new rates if applicable!

Rates are as follows: Weekly 850.00, weekends 475.00, nightly 150.00.
Seasonal rates available. Rates are subject too change depending on
holidays, these rates may be lower than quoted. Last minute specials
available.Rates may vary due to holidays. However, I try to maintain
the lowest rate possible so that you can enjoy your vacation!
