Vacation Rental Description

**The mountain is offering free skiing - free lift tickets - from 
Nov. 25-Dec. 15, 2007.

A beautifully furnished, western theme, three-bedroom, three-bath 
condominium in one of Crested Butte's newest properties. Beautiful 
views down valley toward town of Crested Butte. Ski slope directly 
across the street. 

Summer: outside hot tub, community grill, wifi in lobby!!!!!!!!!beautiful views. Great location for 
summer - easy walk to base restaurants and the lifts to the top of Mt. Crested Butte, to walk down 
the lovely flowered trails back to the condo. The town shuttle stops directly outside, so easy to 
get to town as well! Great outside jacuzzi.

King-size master, twins in two guest bedrooms - all top-of-the-line 
Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. So one king, 4 twins in all. TVs in 
all bedrooms, home theater system with surround sound in living room 
with VCR and DVD. CD and DVD library available for renters. 
Selection of games and puzzles. Jetted hot tub in master bath. 
Radiant in-floor heating keeps feet warm on cold days. Heated garage 
with assigned space. 
Ski lockers off of lobby. Big screen TV in lobby along with WI-FI 
high-speed internet access.

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 King Bed, 4 singles. Fireplace.  deck, TV, great kitchen with 
dishwasher, microwave and oven, plus plenty of dishes and pans.  
Beautifully decorated and furnished. Outside jacuzzi on the bottom 
floor. Ski Storage on the bottom floor. Town shuttle stops right 
outside. Ski-in and out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! right next to 
Peachtree (ski school) and West Wall lifts - go anywhere on the 
mountain right from this beautiful place!

Activities and Attractions

Crested Butte is a wonderful recreational mountain town, a half hour 
out of Gunnison. It has a western feel, yet is very sophisticated. 
It is in a beautiful, untouched area of Colorado - a welcome break 
from the crowded resorts like Aspen or Vail. The ski trails are 
awesome, the whole beauty of this place will carry you away.
