There aren’t many places like this! Enjoy a huge sandy beach on Berry Bay, dock for your boat (you can access Ossipee Lake through the locks), and large yard for all the kids to play. This is a home perfect for family reunions, large groups, or several families getting together. There are 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds for 19 (all in beds – no couches). There are 4 bedrooms and 1 ¾ baths upstairs. There is a family room in the finished basement with a kids’ room (3 bunks plus a twin) and a ¾ bath. Relax on the screened porch, enjoy beautiful sunsets and watch some of the best memories being made!

The list of things you can't do in The Mount Washington Valley area
is shorter!!! In the summer,
you can hike the White Mountain National Forest, or take your boat
out on one of the many nearby
lakes. Maybe a quiet ride in a kayak is more your speed? If you
like to drift more than you like
to paddle, perhaps a ride down the Saco River is best!
In the Fall, you will witness some of the most spectacular foliage in
the world. People visit from
just about everywhere to experience the amazing colors. While you
are here, you can take in some
Fall golf, or enjoy the Fryeburg Fair.
When winter hits, there are SEVEN awesome downhill ski mountains in
this area � how�s that for
variety. You can ski a different mountain every day! There are also
many Nordic centers where you
can ski hundreds of miles of groomed cross-country trails. If you
want to cover a little more
ground, try a snowmobile ride � there are miles and miles of groomed
trails in the area (rentals are
available).
No matter what the season is, you will always enjoy TAX-FREE outlet
shopping, which is guaranteed to
satisfy any shopper. You won�t be disappointed in the wide array of
great restaurants either!
