Vacation Rental Description

This home is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2100 square  
foot house. It sleeps up to 14 on 2 levels.  Three of the bedrooms  
have queen beds, the fourth bedroom has a set of bunkbeds and a full  
bed. Three living rooms allow for ample space to relax or enjoy  
games, television watching, and reading.  Two of the three living  
rooms have queen pull out sofas. Two expansive decks offer views of  
the beach and the Three Arch Rocks. The kitchen is fully equipped  
for your cooking pleasure and is sure to please the chef of the  
group. 
 
The house is located across the street from the beach with public  
access is about 100 yards away. There are several restaurants within  
walking distance from this home.

$225/night, $1350 week (Sept 16th - May 14th);  
$295 night, $1770 week (May 15th - Sept 15th)  
Monthly fee - negotiable 
$100 cleaning fee, $200/refundable security deposit
