surf, synchronized swimming dolphins and surreal sunsets over the
gulf! With only steps to Longboat's famous 10 mile long beach you
can sun yourself on the lounge chairs or stroll along the surf and
feel the warm gulf water surround you.
Inside you will find the spirit of the islands with brand new
Caribbean style furniture, art and decor throughout. Ceiling fans
cool you in every room along with the central air conditioning, and
heat is available for those unusually cool Florida nights. For your
evening relaxation there is a 27 inch TV in the living room (combo
DVD/VCR/Stereo) and 25 inch TV in the master bedroom with full
standard cable stations. There is a walk-in closet in the master
bedroom, desk in guest room and cordless phones and answering
machine to keep you in touch.
The fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, disposal,
refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, microwave/convection, coffee
maker, toaster, complete cookware, glassware and dinnerware for 8,
etc.) and stocked linen closet complete this turnkey vacation
paradise.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Secure lobby with intercom, waiting area, elevator and handicapped
access. Heated Pool with locker room, workout room and game room.
Pool area is just steps from the beach. Covered assigned parking
and visitor parking. On-site property Managers (who live there year
round) handle all needs during your stay. Restaurants and shopping
plaza on the Key.

and work out room are available on site. Golf, Tennis, para-
sailing, waterskiing, boating, fishing and shopping at famous St.
Armand's circle are all nearby. The many restaurants and cultural
activities of Sarasota (concerts, festivals, etc.) and one of the
top 10 beaches in the world on Siesta Key are only a short drive
away.
Within a 2 hour drive you can visit St. Petersburg, Tampa, Venice,
Ft. Meyers, Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, Marco Island and of
course Walt Disney World in Orlando!
