Madeira Beach Yacht Club complex located on the intracoastal
waterway. The Yacht Club is just 300 yards from the beach and
offers two heated pools, spa, sauna, exercise room, billiard room
and fishing piers.
The property comprises double bedroom with TV and DVD player, bathroom with tub and shower, a large lounge/diner with a second TV and video player and a kitchen equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven with hob. A radio/CD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also kept in the apartment. Price includes utilities, wireless internet, local telephone calls, towels and linen and use of the facilities on the complex. Parking is provided within the
complex for vehicles less than 19 feet in length (motorcycles and longer
vehicles must be parked outside in area adjacent to main gate).

Madeira Beach is part of Florida's Suncoast. It is the only resort
area located on the Gulf of Mexico, less than two hours drive to
every major tourist attraction in the state. Disney World, Epcot,
Universal Studios and Sea World are only 90 minutes away and Madeira
Beach and the areas close by, such as Johns Pass, Treasure Island,
St. Petersburg and Clearwater, offer unlimited activities.

Activities include watersports, boat rentals, parasailing, diving
and fishing, golf and of course, sunning and relaxing on a beautiful
stretch of sandy beach. There are plenty of restaurants within
walking distance of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club as well as shops,
including a large grocery store, pharmacy, banks, hairdressers,
souvenir shops etc.
